A global remote workforce for language and data projects

Spirelight runs projects with a vetted contributor network across the language markets where we already publish delivered datasets. You scope the work, we staff, manage and quality-check it.

Where the workforce is already proven

Managed delivery, not a staffing desk

Spirelight is not an employer of record and does not place contractors into your team. This is not staff augmentation: you never direct a worker day to day, and nobody joins your payroll or your headcount. You hand over a project with an acceptance standard, and Spirelight owns recruitment, briefing, quality control and delivery against it.

That distinction matters at quote time. There is no per-seat rate, because the unit being priced is delivered and reviewed work, not somebody's time.

One workforce, several ways to draw on it

Some buyers need a single fixed-scope delivery: a defined volume of audio transcribed, labeled, or collected against an agreed standard, with one handoff. Others need an on demand workforce for recurring or bursty volume, where the same contributor pool is available project to project without being rebuilt each time.

Either way, the arrangement is workforce as a service, not headcount. Spirelight remains the counterparty, the recruiter, the manager and the quality gate throughout, whether the engagement is a single dataset or a standing pipeline.

Why coverage is stated as published markets

Any vendor can claim a global workforce solution or a distributed workforce spanning dozens of countries. Spirelight states coverage as the markets where a delivered dataset is already published and buyable, because that is the claim a buyer can check without taking our word for it.

Where a language is not on that list, we say so and scope a recruitment lead time instead of implying the pool already exists.

What this replaces for a buyer

Buyers evaluating an offshore staffing agency for a language or data project are usually trying to solve the same problem three ways at once: find people, manage them, and stand behind the output. Spirelight collapses that into one commissioned deliverable.

There is no seat to fill, no timesheet to approve and no contractor to onboard onto your systems. You get a scoped result, drawn from a workforce sized to the project rather than to a fixed org chart.

This is not a fit when

  • Employer of record, payroll or contractor compliance. Spirelight does not provide these.
  • Staff augmentation, where you direct the workers day to day or add them to your own team.
  • Software development or general virtual assistant work.

Need work scoped and staffed across one or more of these markets? Send the languages, volume and turnaround you need. We will reply with a scoped quote and, if it helps, a free sample.
